Hi,

We use Exim on OSX, but not on El Capitan.

In fact, we use a MacPorts distribution, which uses its own openssl 
installation anyway. So, I think that a note that you have to install your own 
OpenSSL headers would be acceptable, and a better option that abandoning OSX.
