…and the workarounds/configuration options I’ve suggested will work for pretty 
well all of these instances, however complex. You just have to choose the one 
that works for you.

The quickest win for us would be to document the use of queue_only and frequent 
queue runners, I reckon. Changing the fork delivery model is not likely to be 
something that happens quickly at all!
