In fact, I can't even get eximon to work properly, when remotely displayed via X to my Mac.

e.g. shift-click doesn't seem to give me a context menu when used in the queue area.

Does anyone have this working on a Mac, or some other remote monitor/control facility, please?

or shall I go back to cmdline? :)

thanks,
calum.

Or do people not use geximon these days?

What's the difference between it and plain-old eximon?

fair question; not much, I suppose. geximon looks nicer, but I could play with X resources and improve the look of eximon.

And I find it slightly more intuitive, e.g. right-click on a queued message to get a context menu, rather than having to remember to shift-click.

Scrolling works properly, when remotely displayed to my Mac, which I find a real struggle with the plain X interface of eximon; although that could be my lack of familiarity with XQuartz, or whatever it is in the Mac.

I'll give it a go; annoyingly I just used geximon to clear the rubbish out of my queue and it's now empty, so will have to wait…

thanks again,
calum.
