The same as the current effective default of "&255.255.255.255" does,
since there was no = or & to introduce a matching condition per
section 33.  In other words, the new default match-condition
would apply to all/any of the search keys defined by the section
30 list that is prefixed with the /


Yup, it's unpleasantly complicated.  I'm just glad that nobody
in their right minds has suggested converting to IPv6 returns.
