According to the spec "$recipients" is available (as a list of envelope recipients)
1) in a system filter file
2) in ACL associated with the DATA command …

- acl_smtp_data
- acl_smtp_mime
- acl_not_smtp_start
- acl_not_smtp
- acl_not_smtp_mime.
Don't we miss acl_smtp_dkim here?
Why? I do want to skip DKIM checks if the current message is for exactly
postmaster@…
I know, I can find ways to work around that (using ACL variables), and
these work arounds proably are not even work arounds, but anyway… there
may be other use cases.
