There are no IPv6 records set up and I've gone through with my ISP
(Comcast) to check the PTR records. The odd thing is that this only
seems to affect some users and usually those that have their own
domain. Standard gmail.com accounts seem unaffected.
I'd appreciate any tips on trouble shooting this problem.
For starters, I guess you need a reverse DNS (PTR record) for that
sending host (2603:3001:600:4a00::8a4d). Your SPF configuration should
also list it as a valid sender.
Or you could deliver only with IPv4. This can be done with an
"interface = " in your transport.
That's what I think I'm doing. I do not have any IPv6 records so no IPv6
address should be included. I'll check the transport to see if it has
the correct entry, my server does have local IPv6 address, perhaps
that's being communicated. Please see the previous response where it is
suggested that IPv6 is required.
