As you see only outbound mail get a Spam Score "="Re: ***SPAM (score: -0.1)***!.

POP3 is not SMTP, so I'm not sure what you're concluding from that.

That looks like the way fetchmail grabs from <somewhere>, not how it then 
presents the message to exim.
