Currently, suggested patches can be attached to bugs (and wishlist items)
raised on https://bugs.exim.org/ (which is a bugzilla).
We are hoping to move to forgejo for issue-tracking at some point in the future,
but until then PRs are not favoured,
The Exim source repo is git-cloneable from https://code.exim.org/exim/exim.git
That includes the source for the documentation.
