Dear all, we are experiencing sporatic connection interruptions when sending mails to a specific domain. The reason for that is still under investigation on both sides.
However, I am not sure why Exim does not retry when the interruption occures. The logs say “peer close after all rcpt responses; converting i/o-error to no-error.” Could the last bit (converting i/o-error to no-error) be the reason? Does Exim need a specific retry rule for I/O errors?
