We are looking for a partnership/collaboration with a Russian speaker to
develop our activity in Russia.
We are property brokers offering investment properties in France called
leaseback and residential properties in Germany.
Leaseback properties benefit from a full VAT rebate from the government
(19.6%). Investors buy a property outright but lease it back to a management
company who specialise in the tourist management, maintenance and rental of
these properties for a minimum 9-year period. In return owners receive a
guaranteed annual return, irrespective of occupancy of the property and a full
VAT rebate on the price of the property. Guaranteed annual returns are between
3 to 6%.
It can be a very attractive way to invest and get into the French property
market especially for people living abroad as these properties are hassle-free.
The other investment properties we focus on are in Berlin. Prices there have
fallen since 1996 because of the countrys economic difficulties. However after
the depressed conditions of the past decade, the German real estate revival has
taken place across a wide range of asset categories including both residential
and commercial property.
