One can get The Economist for Rb 90 (as opposed to about Rb 170 elsewhere) at the kiosk that's near the escalator at Tverskaya station.
Also, they sell New Yorker and other Western magazines at the underground passage which is near Moskva bookstore on Tverskaya. Apparently that place's just opened. Alex
