Mike,
There's a place called Tishinski Rinok (market) which nowadays is a small-ish
shopping centre near Belorusskya. I think it's on Bolshoi Gruzinskaya Ul.
When you enter the complex, go straight upstairs (as opposed to downstairs to
Perekriostok) and follow the right hand 'fork'. About 6 shops down on the left
is a shop, about 70m2 that sells Pierre Cardin, Casherel and other suits for
good prices.
You can get suits there for $2k+ but I've seen standard black, navy, grey suits
there for around $200. Good quality.
Note: you will have to tell them what you're willing to spend or they'll show
you the expensive stuff which - when you've tried it on, love the feel and then
see it's not one of the sale items, it's too late and you've bought it!!!
Another option is Marks and Spencers in Evropeski shopping centre near
Kievskaya. They had some sales on there recently.
