if anyone is interested have a copy of a E&Y tax alert that now U.S. nationals
can exempt up to $90,000+ of their housing allowance in Moscow.

who actually has a 90,000 housing allowance?

anyhoo if interested, email me offlist and I can send it. or just ask E&Y.

it is a REAL comfort as a I watch the buying power of my savings in USD lose 3%
in 3 weeks, that the top 1/4 of 1% can now exempt MORE. that sounds really
fair. about as fair as paying U.S. taxes on income not in any way connected to
the U.S. on the upside if you are willing to become a tax refugee and not
visit the U.S. more than 30 calendar days out of the year, you get the (is it?)
87,500 earned income exemption plus 90,000.

still looking for a king size, pref. u.s. made mattress, have one offer, but
it's proving tougher to close than the $16.5 billion project finance I helped
do in russia 12 years ago. so, any leads? alternatively, good mattress
sources in Russia? does anyone own a RF mattress (independent springs, no
coconut fibers) that well... works?

yesterday, paid 4,400 RFR and spent 30 minutes waiting at the main Diana plant
near Poklonnaya Gora, yeah... open 24 hours... with one employee and 3 security
goons inside at 21:00. anyone know a decent dry cleaner in Moscow, as Diana
also troubled themselves to damage my favorite Zegna tie? expensive, slow and
not so good... hmm... where did I hear this before? and so... dry cleaners
anyone.

PS. thank you to everyone who made my haircut possible, please see my page on
fastlove .ru to see how it turns out. just kidding. incidentally, did y'all
know that Mamba which runs all of these znakomstva sites grosses about $600,000
- 800,000 per Month in SMS fees. not a bad little business.
