Hello !
I don't know if you are paranoiac, but at least I know that you are 100% WRONG with your statements :) My wife and I are the landlords of this apartment. The place was booked during the last 18 months by a couple of Russians. The rental monthly fee was 44000 Rub. Then they left for business reasons, and so we are looking for a new tenant. We began to offer the place at 1800 euro = 63000 rub. Not many people interested, and we thought "Better to rent quickly at 50 than wait 2 or 3 months to expect 63, minus discount, etc". Just count: 2 months with nobody = we LOSE 100.000 (2x50). Not a good deal! That is why we now offer it at 50.000 without discount of course. Moreover we are more interested by the QUALITY of the tenant, so we prefer have the possibility to chose the tenant among the "candidates". The place is 200% clean! We will show the documentation of the apartment to the tenant before he signs the agreement, there is a written agreement that can be done by a Notary if the tenant wants so, we can help to register the visa if the tenant requests it, etc etc The tenant will be free to pay $200 or $300 to hire a lawyer, NO problem at all! And about the website, well... If you like it, I can make another for you, that is my job to design websites. And the email address is not a DEDICATED, yandex.ru is a free email service in Russia :) have a good day :) PS. Jim Jim is not my name of course, but I never give my details on a public Russian email server! I registered the email for the apartment with Jim Jim, so!
