I rent a flat at Smolenskaya Naberznaya, on the embankment and next to the
British Embassy. It is 5 minutes walk from two Metro stations, Smolenskaya
Purple and Light Blue Lines, and Stockmans, and 7 Continent and Novy/Stari
Arbat.
I use it for only about 7 days each month and would like someone who visits
Moscow regularly, to take up part or all the other 3 weeks on a monthly basis.
It is a mezannine flat, in a Stalin building with an impressive foyer, with 2
rooms , lounge, bedroom, plus kitchen, bathroom and toilet, renovated and
furnished to a reasonable standard, washing machine,
dish washer, satelite TV and broadband. There is a 24 hour concierge service.
