Dear All, Can somebody help please to understand how the official employment of a European specialist works now in Moscow? We have been the representatives of a European company and will enter the service agreement soon as well. Services to Russian customers will have to be provided by an engineer who will relocate to Moscow for a year at least. Does he really need to be officially employed by our company or he can stay employed with the parent company and ... what we do then? Any sort of kind of advice will be highly appreciated.
