Dear James, Most internet cafes have Microsoft office programs and printing and scanning available. Some don't advertise the printing and scanning, but if you ask them at the desk they usually can do it. If you have a small one-time job you need though, we could help you out. We have all the usual office equipment here and I can set you up as a guest on a spare computer for a couple of hours one morning if you need it. Marian
