For the past 5 years, I've secured a one year multipal entry visa from the
Russian consulate in Istanbul, Turkey, without a problem. We used an agency and
it takes roughly 1-3 days depending on urgency -- we alsways paid a premium to
get a one day turnaround. He works with all kinds of visas, so yours should be

I have been trying to call Russian Consulates in Europe and Turkey but most
of them refuse to answer their phones or respond to emails.
I am trying to determine if any of them still offer one day processing for a
2 entry 90 day visa for a US citizen. So far the only definitive response I
have received is from stockholm where it will take 7 working days to process a
visa.
Does anyone have any solid information in this regard?
