I agree Froesch is not really good. It needed a lot of pushing from my side as 
well during my shipment dilivery from London. Others might not be better though 
as I can't compare.

We've had three moves with FROESCH and had administrative drama and stress 
during all three moves and damage during two of them.  The last move was so 
stressful, I don't have words to describe it, and they doubled their estimate 
halfway through the move based on their mistake and held our stuff in their 
warehouse unless we agreed to the extra charges.  It took FROESCH's carrier 
over five months (and countless e-mails and follow-up) to remit payment for 
damage after the penultimate move, and FROESCH has not even responded to our 
last claim that we submitted in September.
