Hi everyone, S Rozhdestvom! (for those of us who celebrate it now) :-)
I am looking for a decent 2-room apartment starting on or around February 1st.
The target location is near Paveletskaya, Taganka or Kolomenskoe. The price
depends on the place.
Obviously, I would like to save on full realtor's commission, so I want to
offer a 'finder fee' of $250 instead.
Perhaps, there is someone you know who is planning to move, and the place is
just right... :-)
