To Kirill, I have to agree with you that Ron Paul represent a serious alternative to the status quo or sensationalism. Unfortunately, the media does not seem to be very interested in making a case for this libertarian candidate. It's all about the lobbies and status quo. Worse, in the future, for a country of some 300,000 souls, your family lineage may pre-determine your chances of winning (Bush, Clinton, Roosevelt, etc...). Personnally I am going for the underdawg, but the media again could care less. Corporate lobbyist do not want to help elect a candidate that may eventually compromise their stakes in the post-electoral distribution of favours.

His name is Ron Paul and he is the only one talking about monetary policy and the falling U.S. dollar, which is a big issue for expats that earn all or some their wages in USD like I do. His stand on other important issues is quite reasoned and balanced. I don't care that there is a partial mainstream media blackout on him and that some people think he's unelectable. He represents my views and I'm going to back him as much as I can. In December, I donated 100 USD to his campaign and naturally he's got my vote if he can stay in the race and get to a position in which I can vote for him. If you haven't heard of Ron Paul, I urge to look him up online. In particular, by dialing up YouTube.com, you can see and hear him speak, and his reputation speaks for itself. I'll not say anything more for now, and I leave you to draw your own conclusions. Sincerely, Kirill Galetski. www.ronpaul2008.com www.ronpaulforpresident2008.com www.dailypaul.com _______________________________________________ Expat mailing list [email protected] http://www.lists.ru/mailman/listinfo/expat http://www.expat.ru/forum/ _______________________________________________ Expat mailing list [email protected] http://www.lists.ru/mailman/listinfo/expat http://www.expat.ru/forum/
