Hi guys, Actually it's sad but seems true, as written below. CITIBank is the worst in Moscow, and there is no need to describe it here, just type in search engine on the WEB: Citibank - you'll get more than enough info. I had issues with them as well. But from other hand, I was proud when became a Raiffeisen bank client. Now see - they do not give a shit about their client as CITI Bank or any other bank. I have an account in Raiffeisen, and was need to put money on my acount - came to the Noviy Arbat RZB office, huge sign that you'll not miss it - came incide -"We do not accept your money - we are not RZB, we are IMPEXBANK". Came downstreet, right near Ministry of foreing affair building (one of " Seven Sisters") - one of the main office with ten on five meters sign "Raifeisen Bank" - In a first building so big that I missed entrance from side, and walk with all people incoming people, as realised later entrance to one of the main Raiffeisen bank offices. But when came as guards showed - beatiful, like Hotel Ritz inside, with Earth glbe on the floor in stone, and fountains in the hall way, really big place, several floors - waited 15 minutes in the line to kassier - "We do not accept euros, we are not Raiffeisen, we are IMPEXBANK". If you wanna put your money on the account - you need to go forward couple blocks more and on the other side will be another small "Raiffeisen bank" they will accept. I was really mad, they just waisted my time sending me from one fake Raiffeisen to another with their fake advertisement on their web-site - "IMPEX and Raiffeisen - one bank one name.It's a plus - we united that you we'll get a plus!" So RZB taking their insane persantege for nothing, they just relaxing in Russia. I think it's a good possibillity for starting lawyers to make a name on case like it, they have a deep pocket and coctail in the hand.
