Hello Everybody,

A new English speaking YOGA Group has been started its classes!!!

We held the first class on Monday and everything went fine!

1)
We confirmed the schedule for classes with gym's administration and we now have 
the following time for all
levels' classes:

Monday 20.00 -21.30
Thursday 20.00 - 21.30
Saturday - 10.00-12.00 (approx)

2) Intermediate  Advanced group is enrolling 
Weekdays 10am-11.30am

Please
send your requests what days and time are you going to attend classes in order 
to plan groups!

Who
is interested - it mostly Hatha Yoga with elements of Radja Yoga. So it serves 
well for training your body general strength, flexibility of muscles, body and 
mind, ability to relax, relieve stresses, brain loading, to balance your 
body-emotions-mind levels, refresh your mind. From energetic point - it cleans 
energy channels, fills them by energy and rebuild your energy power. 
For
experienced yogis -depth of the yoga practice, new methods of managing of your 
body, mind, emotions.
