I'm retained on a search for a Country Manager for one of the largest
international recruitment agencies who is looking to open in Moscow soon.
Experience in recruitment is not totally necessary but experience in a service
industry is.
Main requirements are:

A track record of significant success within the services sector (recruitment
experience is a plus)
- Proven commercial skills including the ability to run an own P&L
- Strong people management skills including the ability to identify talent and
develop it to the groups advantage
- Ability to understand diverse recruitment markets including Finance, IT,
Pharma, Sales and Construction.
- Ability to sell high-level recruitment solutions to blue chip clients
- 5+ years of experience in senior management positions
