Does moscow have the system of financial advisors/consultants for individual investors? Such as agents who sell insurance, or mutual fund / financial market related products, investments in banks - to whom retail investors go, to take advice on savings ?
I've a good business prop to offer.. but can't seem to hit on the right place to find such people... Any ideas?
