I'm currently doing a search for an HR Director for a large, very well known
international company who have in excess of 5000 employees throughout Russia.
My client is looking for someone with 5 years+ experience in a similar role in
a service related business to manage the 30+ people in the HR Department at the
moment.
The successful candidate must have good knowledge of internal and external
recruitment as this is key to their growth but must also have a good
understanding of labour laws, comp' and ben', internal employee satisfaction
programmes and other HR duties.
