Two sisters offer a cosy 12m room in their two bedroom flat for a rent(Now the offer is actual). Not far away from metro station VDNKh (ВДНХ), 10 min on foot. We are looking for one only (!) intelligent, reliable and accurate girl. The room has all necessities: a very big bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and broadband Internet. There is a bath/over bath shower, basin, w.c. and washing machine in the bathroom, and all basic appliances in the kitchen. Everybody cleans after themselves, cleaning of communal areas on equal turns, strictly no smoking permitted within the accommodation. Monthly rent is 17.000RUB (including the bills and the Internet).
