Video security systems, home electronics ("Smart House," a la BillG), and
the works...
I'm recommending a good specialist who can do it all.
He's a Russian dude, and I've seen him wire up townhouses, out-of-town
cottages, and 2500-person factories. He's good, and his prices are quite
reasonable.
So, if you need security systems installed, or if you'd like to have the
ambient music, temperature and the pictures on your walls change depending
on who's in the room (based on their cellphone :), this is the guy who can
do it. Heck, if you need your DVD player to play across all the rooms in
your house, he can do it. Without busting walls. The man's a genius.
And for all of you who are living in Corporate-sponsored flats, consider:
the landlords will most likely be happy to pay for such "upgrades" to the
flat... they are sexy, and will reap them more rent in the future.
