I doubt it seriously, I have to provide my ex-wife wife an original
notarized power of attorney so that she can take her own children out of
the country.

Subject: Expat List Dovernost Requirements for 16-year old Russian
Boytraveling to US

As part of a group traveling to the US, one 16-year old Russian boy has
a
faxed copy of a notarized power of attorny from his mother giving him
permission to travel with the group.
Does anyone know if a fax version will be adequate for Russian passport
control?
Thanks in advance for advice.
Charles
