Since rents in moscow are too high Our company has decide to invest and buy few
flats for the expat emplyees.
The compnay wishe to buy the flats in the name of the emplyees by sending money
directly to his account and make an internal contract that the emlpyee will not
have the right to sell,rent or lease it . He can use it till the time he render
service and if he terminates it than he will have to surrender it back to the
compnay.
Does anybody has such experinece. Is it posible under Russian law and if any
body has a contract and wishes to share the contents.
