I'm no expert on the subject. But I would say that there is huge liablability
on your part if the contracts you enter into are uninforcable as the apartments
will be in your employees names. Then from the employees perspective there is
huge tax liablities. I would really recommend one of the big audit companies
with regards to the best way to structure such a transaction.
