Client Requirement: Managing Director Construction of an International
Construction Group based in Moscow or London
The Client:
Our client is a subsidiary of a major Multibillion dollar international
corporation with diverse business interests throughout Central and Eastern
Europe and Worldwide.
They own a Group of Construction companies valued at circa US$1 Billion
based in Russia and the Former Soviet Union (FSU).
The company is currently reviewing major acquisitions in the international
construction industry
The main objective of the Construction Group is to grow organically and also
acquire a further US$1-2 billion of assets before floating (IPO) the entire
Group in the next 2-3 years.
Requirement for a Managing Director (Construction)
Our client is seeking an experienced CEO, Managing Director or Senior
Director with excellent operations experience in the construction and
infrastructure sector, to manage and run this Group of
Construction companies, based from London or Moscow.
Goals and Exit Strategy
The MD role can be based at either London or Moscow
It is essential that the COO have a thorough understanding of the
Construction and infrastructure industry and be able to understand the
current issues being encountered by the individual construction companies
and synthesize these problems together with accumulated knowledge and know
how, to implement the necessary operational strategy and processes for the
Group business to follow.
Upon achieving agreed business goals the MD will be entitled to an award of
significant share options to be gradually vested and "earned "after the
company achieves and Independent Public Offering 9IPO)
Income details
Base Salary: US$500,000-US$800,000 (depending on level of Board
experience and track record)
Bonus: US$600,000 -US$ 800,000 (Performance related)
Total Income: US$1,000,000 -US$ 1,600,000 per annum including base salary
and performance bonuses
Equity: Share options which will generate a 6 figure payment in
the future and after IPO
