The usual rate to and from the airport is Rub 2.000 and the rate for city trips is Rub 500. Please just be careful not to let them wait to much as they charge you 10 Rub every minute after the agreed pick up time. Otherwise there is very good Airport Cooperative and you should find contact details on the Sheremetievo site.
