Hi I have posted a thread on expat on this subject, but some one out there may know about this
My temp Residence is about to be decided by the FMS. It was 6 months submitted on the 18-09-2008. My other half went to the FMS and the said that it would be decided upon in 3 weeks. This was on the 16th Sept. This brings the decision date to the 3 rd of Oct. My visa runs out on the 4th of October, I was however out of Russia for 10 days. As the 90 day rule applies is in my business visa, can i add 10 days more to the 4 th Oct bringing my potential stay here up to the 14th Oct or must i leave the country ?
