Reema, I've been following this topic for a few days and have since checked around the "market" for what the going rate is for a cleaner who cleans (very well), irons as well as cleans the windows. The maximum hourly rate ever mentioned has been 250 roubles and several pay 150. Personally I pay between 1000-1200 for each visit.
