I would like to offer you the following opportunity: I am looking for an investor(s) who can become partly owner of an oil refinery in Yaruslav region. All licenses and regulations are guaranteed by local government for now and future due to close relations with them. Investment of 12 MLN USD is needed to redevelop the activities of the refinery and make it more profitable and to implement new activities. Investment can be returned within period of a year, all is negotiable and discussable. Refinery is already operational and working. Clients exist already.
