Dear Vincent,

In todays market, I can suggest Raiffeisen  or Citi Bank although I
personally prefer to work with Raiffeisen.  Both Banks have English speaking
staff on a corporate level and you should have no problem in dealing with
them. If you contact their corporate division they will assign a manager to
meet with you, discuss your needs and facilitate the process of opening your
account(s).
