Dear Vincent, In todays market, I can suggest Raiffeisen or Citi Bank although I personally prefer to work with Raiffeisen. Both Banks have English speaking staff on a corporate level and you should have no problem in dealing with them. If you contact their corporate division they will assign a manager to meet with you, discuss your needs and facilitate the process of opening your account(s).
