I too was here in 1998, my opinion, which I would say most bankers would  
agree with here (at least in private) is that if you are not in one of the top  
5-8 banks in the country there is very real risk. Many will fail or be  
consolidated when they can't refinance their short term debts in the next  
months. 
The real impact has not yet been felt here, there is no external  financing 
available to this market at present, not many bankers are getting much  sleep 
now.
