Banks have significantly upped the initial down payment for borrowers - it is now between 20 and 30 percent. Is anyone here experiencing problems getting a mortgage? Or, was anyone planning to get a mortgage in Russia and decided to reconsider now that the nonpayment and interest rates have changed in connection with financial turmoil? Any comments, opinions or personal stories would be appreciated! Also, if anyone knows of anyone currently involved in getting a mortgage, could you pass on their contact info? Thanks in advance! -Jessica Bachman Please e-mail me at [EMAIL PROTECTED] -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
