Can anyone suggest how to fix this problem? (Windows XP) Suddenly I have a problem playing videos posted on Internet sites (CNN, YouTube --- all of them). Video constantly stops and starts/sound cuts in and out.
The same problem occurs whether I use Firefox or Internet Explorer.
Any help would be appreciated.
