We are reducing the price from $680k to $600 to sell it more quickly. Of course you may be wondering if the crisis means that prices will fall even more. That's why I am dropping the price by so much... this works out to about $7,500 per square meter which is mid-price in the current market, but our apartment is much better than average. So if you are looking for a good apartment, take advantage of the uncertainty... :)
