It seems to be that there is a new regulation starting from Feb 01 that would force us to present a lease contract to get a registration I am an expat and I live at my (Russian) wife¹s appartmenst with my son Do I understand well that I should have a lease contract from my wife ? And present it to the registration authorities ?
