Has your professor thought about contacting the Canadian Embassy here?
They are a very nice group of people and have connections here with a
lot of Canadian citizens. I am sure they will be more the willing to
help.

The trip itself is not all that difficult to arrange, affordable housing
on the other hand might be. I just spoke to one of the students that
work for us part time and she suggested getting in touch with the
University's foreign department because they can help arrange student
housing.

Good Luck!

Subject: Expat List Student Trip to Moscow

Dear All,

One of my professors from University is preparing a trip for 7-8
students from Canada to visit Moscow early this summer. Can anyone,
please, advise me on:

1_ where to stay. Are there apartment rentals, university housing or
youth hostels etc...? What would be the price range per person per day?

2_ whether, in your opinion, a trip like this would be difficult to
organise given the current situation? IE Dealing with the people, the
general logistics of life in Moscow?

If you have some tips on organising such trips, please, let me know!

Thank you in advance!

Anh Minh.
