Need help getting a tenant for some office space at Dinamo. I know very few companies are looking to move at the moment, but this could be a good cost-cutting option: 400 sq. m Dinamo Sublease from 2 years (international company) $500/sq m (or nearest offer) + operational expenses + VAT Fitted out, ready to move in with server room, kitchen etc. Top floor of 10-floor business centre (whole floor) I can provide photos or help set up viewings if needed. PS: When I say "or nearest offer", it could be interpreted like "or near-ish offer". Be creative - it seems the company is more interested in simply renting the place rather than making any profits on it. I mean if $500 is too expensive, then suggest another price, we want to hear your thoughts! Take advantage of the crisis while it lasts!
