it is the biggest pain in the hindquarters that there is for a law firm. we once took a client for this misery for 3,500 Euro it (had to, b/c did other work for it, my Russian partner fought bitterly against it and was right), we bitterly regretted every minute of it.
seriously. we got the damn paper, but it was a misery. cost us over Euro 2,000 if you are hiring a western firm, they can't help you. if you are hiring a local national, most likely you spend your time and money and get story time. most folks who CAN, won't, 'cause it's a misery. sorry.
