I know that YandexMoney has never been opened to non-Russian companies. We
looked at this as a payment option for some of our clients a couple of years
ago.

It's a similar situation with other gateway providers we have approached.
It's hard for non-Russian companies to use what little there is in the way
of Russian payment options. I don't know the reason but maybe it's the same
issue that you have found now, as a non-Russian national?

WebMoney are happy enough to deal with non-Russian companies but they have a
presence outside Russia.
