actually what our Legal Experts say: it is the trailing 12 months they check.. so once u spent 183 days here, u can be easily abroad for 182 days and the calendar year doesn't matter. Seems to be right cause i started working here in June and got my taxes back in March when the 183 days were over (including some Businesstrips etc.). If calendar year would count, i wouldn't have received any Kopeek...
