Good price for a good piece of meat which should last you at least
several months. Will be wonderful to wrap around melon when in season
this summer. I brought a similar (Iberico) ham over from Spain a few
years ago and regretted not buying the vice-like contraption which
holds it in place while you slice away. Sliding hams on kitchen
surfaces and sharp blades don't mix well. In my opinion, there's no
better breakfast than a few slices of Jamon on bread and a glass of
fresh-squeezed OJ.
