Yes, this post I can repy to with recent experience. Inkom caught my eye as well with all their offers. I can say the search was strenuous. Main problem was not with finding offers but with absolutely every apartment we saw, the description and offer did not reflect reality. The room sizes were smaller, the floor level was other than, the amenities where different, and the price was higher. Inkom showed 5 of the 10 apartments we saw. Every time the agent tried to convince us the apartment was worth more than the price listed. The apartment we chose, we were first to see. We searched through Cian.ru and didn't know it but the agent was with Inkom. When we asked him why we had to go through what we did with the other Inkom agents, his reply was it's because they have 20 divisions in Moscow and each one is run individually. So, if I had to do it again, I'd find an agent who I thought I could trust not to spend my time thoughtlessly and stick with him/her.
