I used City Realty about eighteen months ago and they were very helpful. The apratments were reasonable quality but not phenomenal, but then again I was booking fairly last minute and in those days rented apartments were hard to come by!
It terms of service I would definitely recommend, in terms of the standard of accomodation I would discuss with them - they were very open and honest with me what I was going to get for my money.
